The keynote address featured Microsoft Senior Vice President Bob Muglia along with Chief Technical Officer Ray Ozzie and Corporate Vice President Chris Capossela discussing challenges facing an increasingly important set of people in organizations today-the IT professionals and development teams who are on point to ensure the business stays up and running.
