Even if you're not into mods (making modifications on your PC to personalize and enhance it), you will like the CoolJag Mini LED Flash Fan. The fan comes with a software CD that lets you input your message up to 128 characters (16 max per layer). You can also select effects as to how the message will display and the speed that you want it displayed.
Then you hook up the fan to the PC with the included USB cable and it burns the messages to the microchips on the fan. When you plug in the fan, it will automatically synch the fan blades with the rotation speed so that your message is readable. 
If you mess up or change your mind, you just go through the process again and burn another message. It couldn't be easier.
